Complete a COS Web
Application
Submit an
Admissions application using
CCCApply
(statewide online admissions application for California
Community Colleges). Submit
the application online and print a copy of the confirmation page
for your records.
Make sure your name reads the same on both the Application
and Orientation Form. |

Complete COS Web
Orientation -
You
must complete STEP 1 prior to
orientation
New students pursuing a certificate/degree/transfer program are
required to complete an online
orientation. Click

Students will earn .5 unit of credit and will be charged the
appropriate unit cost |

Take the COS
Placement Test You
must complete STEP 1 prior to
testing
All
students registering for math or English classes and/or pursuing
a certificate/degree/transfer program will need to take the
placement test. Call 730-3737 to schedule a time to take the
placement test in
Room 157 on the Visalia campus
or call 585-3933 for the Hanford campus. |

Meet
with a COS Counselor
New students pursuing a certificate/degree/transfer program are
required to see a COS counselor for academic counseling and a
Student Education Plan. Call 730-3741/730-3715 or call 585-3933
for the Hanford campus to schedule an appointment. |
